• Telephone outreach to prospects for 24-hour care • Identifying needs, conducting trust-based conversations, and focusing on closing • Documenting conversations • Working hours on weekdays from 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–19:00
🎯 Requirements
• Reliability • Empathy • Assertiveness • Flawless German language skills (native level) • Enjoys telephone communication, communicative and strong in closing • Proficient in Excel • Structured and organized working style
