proSenio is a German care-services provider operating the PflegeBox service that helps people with a recognized Pflegegrad obtain and receive no-co-payment care consumables (up to €42/month) and free home emergency call (Hausnotruf) devices. The company arranges delivery of consumables and reusable aids (e. g. , disinfectants, masks, gloves, bed protectors), guides users through benefit applications and Pflegegrad procedures, and partners with care providers to increase safety and support for home-based care. proSenio primarily serves consumers and caregivers with online tools, educational content, and logistics for home-care supplies.

📋 Description

• Design the technical foundations that allow people to easily order and manage their care services • Elevate our internal processes by developing and maintaining high-performance backend components and systems in Go (Golang) • Design and implement REST, SOAP and GraphQL APIs using an API-first approach — including documentation with Swagger (OpenAPI) • Integrate internal systems (e.g., Salesforce) and external systems (e.g., emergency dispatch centers) into our existing system landscape • Design new systems and components as well as their data models and structures to ensure efficient, seamless operations • Actively contribute to agile software development under SAFe and participate in reviews, retrospectives and planning events

🎯 Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Several years of professional experience as a backend developer, preferably with a focus on Go (Golang) • Certifications in cloud technologies or cloud roles (advantageous but not required) • Solid knowledge of Kubernetes / Docker, Git, cloud architectures (ideally Google Cloud), and databases (preferably NoSQL) • Experience using JIRA and a strong understanding of agile working methods, ideally SAFe • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
