📋 Description

• Develop user-centered UX concepts across the entire customer journey • Design modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using Figma • Maintain and evolve the company-wide design system in close collaboration with other teams • Create interactive prototypes and visualize user flows to validate ideas • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user tests as well as A/B tests • Interpret usage data and analytics to derive UX optimizations • Apply agile methods and actively participate in SAFe ceremonies • Consider regulatory requirements such as GDPR in all UX activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field • At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven UX analysis • Proficient use of Figma, including design systems, auto-layouts, and prototyping • Familiarity with accessible design according to WCAG guidelines • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or Matomo • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel for a 3-day planning session (4–5 times per year) • Team player with strong communication skills and a confident, collaborative approach
