📋 Description
• Provide services and support as a Government and Public Services (Program Manager) • Oversee program execution and administration • Supervise teams and manage resources • Develop and monitor work plans • Ensure quality control and sound financial management • Act as liaison with Contracting Officer • Resolve technical/personnel issues
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience, 3+ years in developing countries • Energy and extractives expertise • Strong leadership and coordination skills • Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) is required for the Program Manager • Advanced project management • Budgeting and financial oversight • Stakeholder engagement • Conflict resolution • Knowledge of regulatory compliance • Technical expertise in energy and extractives • Leadership and team coordination • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability • Strategic planning • Decision-making under pressure • Relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
