📋 Description

• Your apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2026! • You will assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications. • You will learn everything necessary about the seamless interaction of hardware components, operating systems and network technologies. • You will be involved in installing, configuring and operating software and hardware, as well as troubleshooting during daily operations.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a secondary school leaving qualification (Abitur) or a university entrance qualification for applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife), or you are about to complete one. • Former university students who did not complete their studies are welcome to apply. • You enjoy working with IT and can convey that enthusiasm to our customers. • You enjoy helping people with IT issues. • You are proactive, open-minded and able to work independently. • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
