📋 Description

• Work as part of the IT Planning & Engagement team • Collaborate with the Director of Business Systems Analysts • Elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements • Collaborate with development team to design and transition functional requirements into technical solutions • Develop a trusting relationship with customers • Test user stories and ensure all acceptance criteria is met • Work within an agile environment following sprint commitments and release schedules • Help define the scope and objectives of moderately complex system-related projects • Prepare end-user procedures and manuals and provide end-user training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or relatable position • Experience working with business units to define needs, provide analysis and document consequences of change • Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to define and design application solutions that meet the customer needs and IT best practices • Experience with Agile methodology and proven ability to transform complex problems into stories • Working knowledge of various coding languages, including SQL, C#, or JS • Working knowledge of various software platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, Contact Center Technology, Application Extender, CMOD, APIM, HP Exstream or Microsoft Power BI
