📋 Description

• Serve as the technical reference within the team, mentoring less-experienced professionals and ensuring the quality of deliverables. • Collaborate with different business areas to understand needs, propose architectural solutions, and translate requirements into precise technical specifications. • Provide assisted support and operate automations. • Present solutions to clients. • Produce documentation and knowledge base material during development to support operations and handover to stakeholders. • Extract, prepare, and manipulate data from connected sources. • Process and manipulate data using Python (libraries such as Pandas and NumPy), Alteryx, or R for cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets. • Create dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to present insights based on data collected and processed by bots. • Turn data into a clear narrative to support decision-making. • Integrate machine learning models with robots/bots to automate decisions, not just repetitive tasks. • Use AI for document reading and comprehension, market research, and refinement and improvement of materials. • Use computer vision tools to read screens and digitized documents. • Translate business needs into technical requirements for bots. • Understand the impact of automation on human teams and facilitate the transition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science or a related field. • Experience with market RPA tools: UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. • Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or VBScript for custom scripting. • Advanced experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). • Ability to work with APIs (REST and SOAP), handle JSON and XML files, and automate Excel spreadsheets. • Skill in process mapping, building resilient bots, and performing testing/debugging to resolve runtime errors. • Experience creating AI agents via n8n, orchestrating automations and generating insights. • Plus: Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Automation Edge, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism. • Intermediate knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, and batch scripting for operating system task automation. • Intermediate knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure. • Experience integrating technologies (RPA + Data & Analytics + AI) with an end-to-end hyperautomation mindset. • Ability to understand workflow (AS-IS and TO-BE) to identify automation opportunities and bottlenecks.
