📋 Description

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs • Deliver world-class product demonstrations • Drive successful Proof of Values and Trials from requirements and design to training and delivery • Provide strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support • Become an expert in the features, benefits and applications • Communicate daily with sales team regarding sales activities and strategies • Provide proactive support to customers and prospects • Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs • Collaborate with SMEs to generate thought leadership content through white papers, blogs, webinars and other content creation • Monitor the market, industry trends, competitors and customer needs across the quality, automated testing, and software development market to identify trends and opportunities • Establish and promote QA & Best Practices amongst the team and organization • Facilitate Product & Sales meetings with product owners • Host daily/weekly standups with the team

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of QA best practices, Selenium and/or Provar, and test automation • Industry expertise: experience with the software testing process, enterprise sales and marketing, and familiarity with software development lifecycles • A bachelor's degree from a top university (advantageous) • Understanding and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and popular tooling, including but not limited to Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Version Control Systems • Working knowledge of standard HTML structure and how automation interacts with the DOM using Xpath, Labels, etc. • Experience working with REST or SOAP-based web services in a professional capacity • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, its technologies, and industries it is associated with • Experience and proven track record in working with Enterprise customers • Knowledge of MEDDICC qualification framework and how to sell value • Data driven approach: able to make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
