📋 Description

• Support the management of project and service contracts, gradually taking ownership of individual workstreams • Collaborate on commercial topics such as effort, budgets, and invoicing • Coordinate the contract-compliant delivery of services with IT experts • Receive structured onboarding into the respective customer environments • Support quality assurance and the ongoing development of services based on SLA and KPI requirements • Contribute to coordination and communication in escalation situations • Identify and implement improvement opportunities as part of Continual Service Improvement • Support the transition of new or modified services—from planning through handover to operations • Support adjustments to customer requirements, such as scope of services, timelines, and documentation, in accordance with defined standards • Serve as the interface between customers and the Project & Service team • Coordinate tasks and gradually assume coordination and alignment responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, initial experience in a project or service environment, such as IT services, operations, PMO, service desk, or customer success • Career changers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome • Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes • Initial exposure to IT operations, ticketing, and workflow processes (Incident, Problem, and Change) • Experience with Jira and/or Confluence is an advantage • Initial experience with project work • Ideally, knowledge of traditional or agile methodologies • Interest in new technologies, digital products, and current IT trends • Ability to capture and analyze requirements in a structured manner and translate them into suitable solutions • Calm, solution-oriented, and service-focused approach in complex situations • Friendly, confident manner and clear, structured communication • Excellent written and spoken German • Good written and spoken English • Teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, and active participation
