📋 Description

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies. • Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits, identify hazards, and initiate risk-reduction measures. • Document HSE-related activities and prepare reports. • Design and deliver briefings, training sessions, and workshops on occupational safety, fire protection, first aid, and environmental protection. • Advise managers and employees on HSE matters and promote a positive HSE culture. • Systematically investigate occupational accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents. • Prepare risk assessments, operating instructions, and emergency response plans. • Contribute to HSE projects, sustainability initiatives, and process improvements. • Collaborate with Facility Management, HR, Technical Services, employers’ liability insurance associations, authorities, and external experts. • Maintain a professional HSE network and monitor current developments in the HSE field.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in a technical, occupational safety, or scientific field, together with the required qualification as an occupational safety specialist (Sifa) in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2, is mandatory. • Initial professional experience in HSE management is an advantage; entry-level candidates with a Sifa qualification are welcome. • Sound knowledge of relevant legal requirements, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, and DGUV regulations. • Knowledge of common standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. • Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a strong sense of responsibility. • Excellent communication and persuasive skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HSE software or documentation systems is desirable. • Very good German language skills are required. • Good English language skills are an advantage.
