📋 Description

• Direct contact with customers and development of long-term customer relationships • Collaboration with housing companies and contacts in the real estate industry • Developing suitable proposals and contractual solutions together with experienced colleagues • Coordinating customer inquiries • Working with consulting, support, and project teams • Participating in customer meetings and events • Networking in person at the PROMOS User Forum

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training, degree, or comparable qualification • Initial experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a service-oriented environment • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for understanding customer needs and finding suitable solutions • Structured approach to work and the ability to keep track of multiple topics • Confident communication in German • English language skills are an advantage • SAP or industry knowledge in the housing sector, or willingness to acquire it
