📋 Description

• Direct customer contact and development of long-term relationships • Collaboration with housing companies and contacts in the real estate industry • Developing suitable proposals and contract solutions together with experienced colleagues • Coordinating customer inquiries • Collaboration with consulting, support, and project teams • Participation in customer meetings and events • In-person networking at the PROMOS User Forum

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial training, university degree, or comparable qualification • Initial experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or a service-oriented environment • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for understanding customer needs and finding suitable solutions • Structured approach to work and the ability to manage multiple topics effectively • Confident communication in German • English language skills preferred • SAP or industry knowledge in the housing sector, or willingness to develop this knowledge
