📋 Description

• Responsible for implementation of software solutions across multiple deliveries • Develop a project plan based on a business case • Manage project execution, coordinate all involved internal and external parties • Manage the project/scrum team on a day-to-day basis • Ensures the project scope and requirements are well defined • Work closely with QA, DevOps and support teams • Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) • Create documentation for any key project decisions • Answer questions and resolve functional and technical issues • Clearly communicates project status and manages expectations to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business related discipline • Agile/Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and/or PMP Certification is a plus • Must have 6+ years in software implementation projects in an Agile environment • Preferred experience managing projects in Fintech, Financial Services or related industry • Java technical stack including Spring/Hibernate, Angular and database experience required • Solid understanding of the software engineering process • Appreciation of a range of technologies, including databases, and their implementation in a business environment • Expert knowledge in systems analysis and project management techniques • Excellent written and verbal communicator, must be able to manage internal resources • Highly organized and able to manage and motivate a team to achieve their milestones • Experience of a fast-paced and challenging environment.
