📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer implementations, integrations, and ongoing technical support • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are completed on schedule • Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests via ticketing systems, email, and virtual meetings • Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and implementation challenges • Provide consultative guidance by translating technical concepts into clear recommendations • Communicate project progress, timelines, risks, and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders • Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing support resources • Stay current on product capabilities, new releases, and platform enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience implementing, onboarding, or supporting SaaS solutions in a customer-facing role • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong project management, customer relationship management, and communication skills • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience using project management, issue tracking, and customer support platforms • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SDKs, SQL, FTP, and ETL concepts is a plus • Availability to begin full-time immediately is preferred
