📋 Description

• Build, test, and deploy features for our SaaS web applications • Read, analyze, and improve existing codebases • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability • Identify and fix vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and poor architecture • Establish and enforce development best practices and standards • Design systems and features with long-term scalability in mind • Make decisions on frameworks, tools, and structure • Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and quality before implementation • Optimize performance and system reliability • Own development timelines and deliverables • Break down projects into clear tasks and milestones • Collaborate with internal team members (marketing, ops, leadership) • Ensure projects move forward proactively without constant oversight • Use tools like Claude and Abacus to accelerate development where appropriate • Prompt effectively and refine outputs • Validate and improve AI-generated code (not blindly trust it) • Manage code through GitHub workflows • Deploy and maintain applications via Vercel (or similar platforms) • Handle integrations, APIs, and third-party tools • Troubleshoot bugs, outages, and performance issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience • Proven ability to work within and improve existing codebases • Experience building and maintaining web applications or SaaS products • Strong understanding of: • ○ Frontend and/or full-stack development • ○ APIs and integrations • ○ GitHub workflows • ○ Deployment platforms (Vercel preferred) • Experience reviewing code for quality, security, and scalability.
