📋 Description

• Serve as a Scrum Master / Agile Master, supporting the squad’s operational coordination and the organization of agile ceremonies • Track activity progress, deliverables, and metrics, ensuring predictability and a continuous workflow • Support activity flow management • Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, impediments, and issues that may compromise deliverables • Ensure alignment among stakeholders involved in the delivery process • Keep information, tracking tools, and status updates current • Prepare reports and presentations for management tracking • Support squad governance and the continuous improvement of internal processes • Support activities related to agile project management • Work in an environment involving APIs, backend systems, integrations, and data

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Master • Interest in Project Management • Experience working with Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of Project Management and PMBOK • Knowledge of Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis • Interest in developing knowledge and working on projects related to backend systems, APIs, and data • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep tracking tools and information up to date • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize • Ability to identify risks and impediments and carry out appropriate escalations • Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with different departments and professional profiles • Organization-, collaboration-, and delivery-focused mindset
