📋 Description

• Develop low- and medium-complexity automations using best practices and following development standards, aiming for process efficiency and scalability; • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on implemented automations to ensure functionality and efficiency. • Provide automation support by handling low- and medium-complexity tickets, ensuring high availability of automations; • Participate in meetings and in defining process improvements; • Work on developing automations using low-code tools; • Work in an automation squad and provide end-to-end support for automations by handling tickets from start to finish; • Have experience developing automations with low-code tools; • Have worked in an automation squad; • Have provided end-to-end automation support, handling tickets from start to finish;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python and others); • Experience with RPA tools (preferably IBM RPA); • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies; • Knowledge of databases (creating tables, SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE); • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
