📋 Description

• Identify the target audience using filters in HR systems, considering employment relationship, work arrangement, organizational area, and assignment or requisition status • Extract work schedule, absence, attendance, substitution, and timekeeping records for the defined reference periods • Cross-reference system configuration data to build the identification key for each employee’s work schedule plan • Design day-by-day work schedules based on shift-cycle logic • Apply data-cleansing rules to ensure the eligibility of the records analyzed • Compare expected entries with those registered in the system, identifying required additions, updates, and blocks • Engage the IT team to execute bulk entries • Consolidate timekeeping records by pairing clock-in and clock-out times for temporal analysis • Identify anomalous patterns in special work arrangements, such as recurring daytime schedules and weekends off

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field • Python: data manipulation, automation, and development of analytical solutions • SQL: data extraction and transformation from relational databases • Statistical modeling and machine learning techniques applied to data analysis • Knowledge of Scikit-learn, Streamlit, and Matplotlib/Pyplot • Knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch • Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • Knowledge of cloud computing: AWS and Azure • Preferred: experience with LangChain and LangGraph • Preferred: experience building chatbots • Preferred: strong communication skills and experience working with technical teams • Preferred: experience serving as an interface between business and IT • Preferred: experience presenting results to non-technical audiences
