📋 Description

• Lead the technical strategy, support, evolution, and reliability of Nestlé Brazil’s Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence products. • Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, security, and operational continuity of models, Machine Learning pipelines, and analytical applications in production. • Serve as a technical reference for Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and MLOps teams, promoting operational excellence and best practices. • Establish and evolve monitoring and observability capabilities for data, models, pipelines, and inference services, ensuring proactive detection of risks and performance degradation. • Ensure the continuous quality, relevance, and performance of models through monitoring, validation, retraining, and lifecycle governance processes. • Lead the technological evolution and optimization of AI environments, promoting operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization. • Develop and lead Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and MLOps teams, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. • Experience in technical leadership or team management within Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. • Experience supporting, operating, and evolving Machine Learning models, AI products, and analytical applications in corporate environments. • Experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, and model lifecycle governance in production. • Experience with monitoring, observability, operational reliability, and incident management for AI and Machine Learning solutions. • Experience with Python, SQL, and modern Data Science and Machine Learning ecosystems. • Experience with Analytics and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent. • Strong communication and influencing skills with technical, executive, and business stakeholders. • Experience collaborating with Data Engineering, Architecture, Governance, Security, and Data Product teams. • Advanced or fluent English.
