📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance predictive models for credit risk, churn, propensity, and revenue using machine learning and statistics. • Build and enhance features, transforming raw data into relevant, reusable, and reliable variables. • Build and enhance reproducible data pipelines by writing clean, reliable code. • Define and monitor model quality metrics, including KS, AUC/Gini, precision, recall, uplift, and business impact. • Support Stone’s strategy and credit operations with models applied to credit risk, underwriting, credit limits, and provisioning. • Build, validate, and deploy models to production with quality and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing predictive models using machine learning and statistics. • Strong foundation in statistics and modeling, including model validation, calibration, discrimination, and stability. • Proficiency in Python and leading machine learning libraries, including Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, and Pandas. • Clear and proactive communication skills to report analysis progress, clarify questions with the technical team, and present basic results objectively. • Experience in credit, risk, or financial services is a plus. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large volumes of data using Spark, Databricks, or BigQuery are a plus.
