📋 Description

• Work closely with business teams to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and build analytical solutions that generate tangible impact for the company • Develop and enhance predictive indicators, machine learning models, and AI-powered applications for pricing, credit, collections, fraud prevention, portfolio management, supply chain, logistics, and other strategic areas • Monitor and support the implementation and ongoing use of solutions, ensuring adoption, performance, value generation, and effective stakeholder engagement • Directly contribute to the technical quality and continuous improvement of the team's deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Science, with strong command of applied statistics, machine learning, and end-to-end analytical solution development—from problem structuring through production deployment or recurring operational use • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Strong ability to translate business problems into focused solutions while balancing technical depth and pragmatism • Autonomy and proactivity to lead complex initiatives with limited supervision • Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships and aligning with stakeholders across different areas • Preferred: prior experience in pricing, credit, collections, fraud, portfolio management, supply chain, or logistics • Preferred: experience working in data-driven companies with a history of close collaboration with business teams • Preferred: practical knowledge of or experience using Generative AI and LLMs • Preferred: a track record of active participation in high-impact projects
