📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new features • Prepare and lead technical refinement sessions for initiatives brought forward by the Product team • Help maintain the health and quality of the codebase, balancing new features with technical debt resolution • Maintain and enhance automated tests, including creating new tests • Mentor junior developers, supporting their technical development and professional growth • Translate designs into high-quality code while ensuring adherence to development best practices • Take a critical and proactive approach to application observability • Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of the release process • Participate in Agile ceremonies with the team • Maintain and enhance Twilio workflows and integrations, including Twilio Studio, Twilio Flex, and Twilio Functions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Twilio, including Twilio Flex, Twilio Studio, Twilio Functions, and Twilio integrations with WhatsApp • Experience developing applications/front-end solutions with React Native and React • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, and Axios • Experience with Java 17+; knowledge of versions 11 and 8 is also desirable • Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate • Experience with Node.js and NestJS • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Experience with Git and code version control • Experience with unit testing (Jest) and TDD • Experience with HTML and CSS • Experience with Microfrontend (MFE) architecture • Knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization • Knowledge of memory management • Knowledge of data persistence • Experience with Firebase (Remote Config) • Knowledge of coding best practices, documentation, and the development of screens and components • Experience with Agile methodologies • Experience with Selenium + Cucumber or similar automated testing frameworks • Knowledge of Grafana and Dynatrace is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Willingness and interest in acquiring new knowledge and taking on new challenges
