📋 Description

• Work on the evolution of internal platforms and engineering infrastructures; • Develop and maintain solutions that support multiple product teams, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, internal tools, and software architecture improvements; • Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements; • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient; • Act strategically and technically in engineering decisions; • Promote integration between development and operations (DevOps), focusing on observability, reliability, and operational efficiency; • Make cost-effective decisions with a systemic view of the technology ecosystem; • Collaborate with product and engineering teams; • Develop internal tools and engineering platforms; • Operate in alignment with technical governance practices, standardization, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Java 17+ (Spring Boot); • Experience with AI tools in software development (Amazon Q, Copilot, or similar); • Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer with JavaScript and TypeScript; • Experience with integration between development and operations (DevOps); • Experience designing, implementing, and evolving CI/CD pipelines; • Knowledge of test automation (unit, integration, e2e, performance, and security); • Experience with scalable, secure, and sustainable software architecture; • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and system metrics analysis; • Ability to work with a systemic perspective and make cost-benefit driven decisions; • Experience developing internal tools and engineering platforms; • Ability to act strategically and collaboratively with product and engineering teams; • Alignment with technical governance practices, standardization, and continuous improvement.
