📋 Description

• Develop high-value offerings for CCaaS solutions with an emphasis on Amazon Connect. • Create presentations, guidelines, and supporting materials for sales teams and other stakeholders. • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners. • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying CCaaS opportunities. • Conduct detailed requirements gathering and gain a deep understanding of customer needs. • Design, document, and present architectures and solutions aligned with business challenges. • Prepare technical presentations and proposals, craft solution defenses, and lead POCs (Proofs of Concept). • Provide technical guidance throughout the entire sales cycle, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, and related documents. • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are implemented as planned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. • Solid experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar roles. • Proven experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, or equivalent technologies. • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM) and knowledge of serverless and microservices architectures. • Strong experience in the CX ecosystem: Telephony, IVR, ACD, CTI, Data Lake, WFM, Omnichannel, GenAI, and CRM integrations. • Deep understanding of CCaaS and IVR solutions. • Advanced ability to develop solutions with GenAI. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-value-oriented narratives. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • AWS Professional or Specialist certifications are a plus. • Advantage: Advanced English for interaction with international clients.
