📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and growth; • Conduct workshops to identify opportunities to deliver value through automation solutions, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and data analytics; • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to translate business requirements into viable technology solutions; • Foster the development of technology communities, promoting a culture of innovation and expanding knowledge, adoption, and solution development; • Create and distribute communications (such as newsletters and blogs) to engage the community on technology and innovation topics; • Monitor the technology trends radar and propose strategic initiatives based on that analysis; • Evaluate the performance of initiatives and community events through impact analysis and feedback collection.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to align technology with business objectives and propose strategic initiatives based on market trends; • Strong knowledge and ongoing learning in areas such as Digital Transformation, Solution Architecture, Automation, Enterprise Platforms, and Data Analytics; • Solid understanding of guidelines, information security, development best practices, and monitoring of metrics and performance indicators; • Ability to conduct client workshops, translate technical requirements for different audiences, and produce written content (blogs and newsletters); • Experience managing stakeholders, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to engage and grow communities.
