📋 Description

• Act as the functional owner of the product, ensuring alignment between strategy, business needs and the team’s deliveries; • Define, maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, risks and technical dependencies; • Lead the design, evolution and optimization of digital payment journeys; • Translate business needs into clear user stories, objective acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics; • Conduct refinement sessions, alignments and agile ceremonies, promoting collaboration across multidisciplinary teams; • Support product decisions based on data, indicators and user feedback; • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance policies and security best practices; • Participate in testing, validation and rollout strategies for new features; • Manage stakeholders, maintaining continuous alignment on priorities, risks and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Product Owner, Product Manager or in an equivalent role; • Experience working in high-complexity environments with mission-critical products and systems; • Experience managing and prioritizing complex backlogs; • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe; • Ability to analyze metrics and indicators for data-driven decision making; • Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab or similar; • Excellent communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
