📋 Description

• Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods; • Conduct market research, benchmarking and exploratory analyses; • Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve the experience; • Gather users' and stakeholders' needs to support the evolution of digital products; • Generate strategic insights from research and data analysis; • Propose solutions and recommendations to enhance the user experience and support product decisions; • Work in the Discovery and Delivery phases of digital products; • Elicit and validate hypotheses; • Map journeys and flows and identify opportunities for improvement; • Create wireframes and navigable prototypes of low-, mid- and high-fidelity for Web and Mobile using Figma; • Conduct usability tests; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform handoff to development and monitor implementation; • Interpret data, product metrics and business objectives to support decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a bachelor's degree in any field with postgraduate studies in IT, UX, Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Ergodesign or related areas, with a minimum course load of 360 hours; • Minimum of 7 years of proven CLT employment experience (Brazilian employment regime) in Digital Product Design (Web and Mobile), with a focus on UX and UI; • Degree or postgraduate degree in UX Design, Interaction Design or related areas; • UX-PM Level 2 certification (UX-PM2); • Experience in Discovery and Delivery of digital products; • Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes and interfaces; • Experience in user research, market research, qualitative and quantitative methods, and conducting interviews with users and stakeholders; • Experience in hypothesis elicitation and validation, benchmarking, journey and flow mapping, and usability testing; • Knowledge of Responsive Design, Information Architecture, Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design; • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing handoffs to development and monitoring implementation; • Ability to transform data, research, product metrics and business objectives into insights and recommendations for digital products.
