📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions in partnership with technical and product teams, translating gathered insights into shared, actionable artifacts. • Design user journeys and interfaces for a B2C product with multiple user profiles and complex business rules. • Organize and maintain the project's knowledge base: technical mappings (endpoints, APIs, limitations), design definitions (components, states, behaviors, edge cases) and business context. • Translate requirements and technical constraints into design decisions, negotiating scope with engineering when the ideal solution doesn't fit the timeline or architecture. • Participate in client interactions: present proposals, support decisions with clear rationale, and incorporate changes without compromising product consistency. • Maintain consistency of the design system and patterns, ensuring new journeys align with what is already in production. • Drive your own workstream in open-scope contexts, defining priorities and adapting the plan as the project evolves.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in digital product design, working from discovery through delivery. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including building and maintaining component libraries. • Ability to document decisions, business rules, and behaviors in a structured way. • Experience collaborating directly with engineering, with an understanding of technical constraints and integrations. • Experience in agile teams delivering incrementally. • Clear communication with different stakeholders: clients, product, and technology. • Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions with rationale and evidence. • Nice to have: prior experience with large-scale products, preferably in telecom or utilities. • Experience on projects with heavy dependence on integrations and third-party APIs. • Experience in contexts with multiple user profiles and complex business rules. • Familiarity with rapid prototyping and AI tools applied to the design workflow. • Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
