âą Create and format visual materials for corporate and project events âą Support preparation of presentations and digital assets for meetings and trainings âą Coordinate visual assets, digital signage, and basic AV needs during events âą Maintain event templates, digital materials, and branded corporate assets âą Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of event materials
đŻ Requirements
âą College or University degree âą At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, event production or related field âą Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) âą Experience creating print-ready and digital production files âą Experience with presentation design and digital event materials âą Demonstrated experience with MS PowerPoint is a must âą Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro is required âą Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, and event platforms/digital event applications is preferred âą Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously âą Excellent organizational and communication skills âą Ability and desire to travel internationally
