📋 Description

• Assesses feasibility of research protocols based on knowledge and experience • Supervises the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with ICH GCP and applicable regulations • Monitors individual stages of budget negotiations and research timelines • Manages the team of Lead Coordinators and ensures satisfactory performance • Ensures continuous improvement of the research process • Creates a work culture that promotes transparency and high performance • Supervises the teams’ work and provides training and guidance • Provides performance evaluations to maintain motivation and commitment • Supervises and participates in audits and inspections • Builds and sustains relationships with existing and potential clients

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in life sciences • Minimum 5 years of a clinical on the job experience, in a leadership position at a CRO or SMO • Fluent use of local language, at least C1 level of English • Proficiency in MS Office • Valid driver’s license • Excellent communications and presentation skills • Excellent Management Skills • Effective problem solving and result oriented • Accountable Team Leadership Skills
