📋 Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the wider Project Management Office team • Manage and enhance project management tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration • Track and coordinate clinical trial agreement activities with internal stakeholders to support timely project delivery • Coordinate training initiatives and support the development of training materials and resources • Maintain project management systems • Support project setup activities • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• College/University Degree • Fluent proficiency in English • Work experience in clinical research • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Experience working with clinical trial management and document management systems • Strong attention to detail and self-organization skills • Strong collaboration skills • Competency with procedural documentation and technical solutions
