📋 Description

• Initiate, plan, and implement assigned projects using standard work and established project management processes • Lead cross-functional project teams, including colleagues in remote locations • Build project plans with relevant analysis, timelines, risks, and implementation plans • Prepare and present project updates and report-outs to leadership • Ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve desired business outcomes • Build relationships with business leaders and divisional teams • Support project approval and implementation phases by driving alignment and efficiency • Coordinate subject matter experts and functional leaders throughout the project lifecycle • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder expectations • Support global projects through travel when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, technical, or business field, or at least 3 years of equivalent relevant work experience • Proven understanding of project management tools and methodologies • Ability to lead projects in a complex manufacturing environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to collaborate across departments, business unit leadership, and Thermo Fisher divisions • Ability to influence others and partner effectively across functions • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to build trust, credibility, and positive professional relationships with peers and management • Fluent English • Ability to travel globally up to 25% of working time, as required to support the project lifecycle
