âą Oversee, manage, and coordinate activities of project teams âą Ensure consistency of Clinical Operations processes across regions âą Meet study milestones on a country and regional level âą Ensure compliance with industry regulations and essential study documents âą Collect and report project status updates internally and externally âą Develop and update project planning documents âą Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clinical project teams âą Coordinate site contractual startup and budget negotiations âą Establish communication lines within the project team âą Conduct therapeutic area training of the project team
đŻ Requirements
âą College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent âą Prior experience in Clinical Research and on-site monitoring âą Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager âą Experience in Oncology âą Full working proficiency in English âą Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project
