📋 Description

• Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients • Lead client discovery phases and understand business needs before development • Break complex requirements into manageable iterations for engineering teams • Maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps • Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews • Provide clients with regular updates on project status, risks, and decisions • Scope and price new engagements, contribute to proposals, and support presales • Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ensure delivered features meet expectations and user needs • Monitor project health using KPIs and flag risks • Test completed features against agreed requirements before delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field • At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment • Hands-on experience with the presales process, including writing proposals, scoping projects, and running discovery workshops • Strong understanding of how digital products are built and a product management mindset • Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working within an Agile delivery process • Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that solve the actual business problem • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously • Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is a strong plus • Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar tools • Ability to work across US and European time zones • Fluent English at C1 level or above • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work • Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones
