📋 Description
• Identify, attract, and place talent across commercial and editorial opportunities • Source and book talent for brand partnership campaigns, sponsored content, and client-facing activations • Develop talent for original programming, social formats, hosted content, and shows development • Build and manage a network of on-screen presenters, creators, cultural voices, and subject matter experts • Maintain a well-organised talent database covering availability, rates, representation, areas of expertise, and previous work
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 4 years in talent management, talent booking, or a related role within media, entertainment, or digital content • Demonstrable experience booking talent for both commercial and editorial contexts • Existing network of talent contacts, agents, and managers • Strong negotiation skills across deal terms, fees, usage rights, and exclusivity • Highly organised, able to manage multiple bookings, negotiations, and relationships at once • Comfortable presenting talent strategies to clients and senior internal stakeholders
