📋 Description

• Build a pipeline of qualified small and medium-sized businesses (typically fewer than 300 employees) across South Korea. • Identify and connect with founders, business owners, executives, and key decision-makers. • Build relationships through outbound outreach, referrals, professional communities, networking events, LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and in-person meetings where appropriate. • Represent Pulse Labs at relevant industry events, startup communities, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and build long-term relationships. • Clearly communicate the value of participating in Pulse Labs' research and data programs. • Understand each business's needs and determine whether they're a good fit for our programs. • Answer questions, address concerns, and guide businesses through the decision-making process. • Build trusted relationships that encourage both successful participation and future collaboration. • Own each business relationship from the first conversation through successful program completion. • Guide businesses through onboarding, participation requirements, and program expectations. • Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communications with internal teams. • Support participating businesses throughout the program, ensuring they complete all required activities successfully and on time. • Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or similar roles. • Native Japanese fluency and professional English proficiency. • Experience working directly with business owners, founders, or senior decision-makers. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable with proactive outreach and creating opportunities from scratch. • Highly organized with excellent follow-through. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely.
