📋 Description
• Perform risk assessments and evaluate complex property exposures • Analyze findings to assess loss probability and severity • Recommend loss prevention strategies • Partner with underwriting and internal stakeholders for risk selection
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager or related role • 5+ years in high-value home construction, skilled trades, home inspection, or appraisal • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to apply independent judgment in complex situations • Detailed-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
