• Own the end-to-end service relationship for strategic accounts • Reduce support friction by identifying technical risks and delivering root cause analyses • Serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Everpure’s product leadership • Lead quarterly operational and executive management reviews • Coordinate complex implementations and migrations within change control windows
• 3+ years of relevant experience (customer-facing, large accounts, industry related) • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and navigate matrixed environments to drive customer success • Mastery in articulating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences • Expert organizational and project management skills • Proficient understanding of data storage, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise IT sectors • Periodic travel to customer sites for in-person meetings, may be up to 30% in EMEA and APJ regions
