• Provide strategic coaching and operational support to franchise owners • Help franchisees develop and execute plans to improve sales, profitability, and operational performance • Review monthly financial statements and guide owners toward profitable growth • Assist with problem solving, operational challenges, and key business initiatives • Support adherence to brand standards and franchise system compliance • Provide leadership and support to the network during CAT (catastrophe) events • Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to franchise owners in your region
• Experience owning, operating, or managing a growing service-based business • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret business financial statements • Experience in the restoration, construction, or property services industry (preferred but not required) • A coaching mindset with the ability to mentor business owners • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • A passion for developing entrepreneurs and strengthening businesses
