📋 Description

• Source, screen and provide qualified candidates for various technical roles • Follow up with candidates for scheduled interviews in a timely manner so as to ensure smooth process • Follow up timely with Account Managers to check the feedback and next steps for candidates • Reduce our time-to-hire • Network online and offline with potential candidates to create credibility

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Technical Sourcer • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.social media recruiting and Boolean search) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
