📋 Description

• Analyze vendor data, reporting, and invoices • Collect and organize data from databases, spreadsheets, carrier sites, and human capital management systems • Perform daily payroll calculations using Excel formulas • Analyze vendor invoices for customer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and other benefits • Reconcile vendor statements, enrollment information, and payroll deductions • Create reports and presentations communicating trends, patterns, insights, recommendations, and data discrepancies • Present audit processes and review completed audits with clients during implementation • Assist the internal team with audit results and training • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify data needs and develop solutions • Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Manage and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other data repositories • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to perform payroll calculations using Excel formulas • Knowledge of benefit plan design, administration, and compliance regulations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven written and oral communication skills • Expertise in Excel, including basic and advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables • Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments amid changing priorities and deadlines • Ability to deliver clear and effective presentations • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software • Experience with online project boards such as Smartsheet preferred • Minimum Associate's degree and/or a minimum of three (3) years in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field • Minimum two (2) years in related data management and analysis • Experience in Excel formulas and computations required • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to move up to 15 pounds at times • Must be able to participate in video conferences
