📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP IS-U Billing enhancements and projects • Configure, maintain, and support SAP IS-U Billing • Configure and support rates and operand configuration, billing schemas, bill corrections, budget billing, invoicing, and bill print forms • Participate in the full enhancement lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues affecting billing operations • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions • Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides • Support data integrity, reporting, and compliance initiatives • Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term improvements • Execute and support testing for releases, upgrades, and production deployments • Collaborate with teams supporting SAP FI-CA, Device Management, and Customer Service • Support service requests, defect resolution, and minor system enhancements • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational support procedures • Participate in an on-call support rotation as needed • Stay current with SAP Utilities best practices, product updates, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of functional experience with SAP IS-U Billing • Hands-on experience configuring SAP IS-U Billing • Strong knowledge of rate configuration, bill print, and billing exception analysis • Understanding of utility meter-to-cash business processes • Experience supporting production environments and resolving billing-related issues • Strong business requirements gathering and functional documentation skills • Ability to evaluate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Customer Service, and related SAP IS-U modules • Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders • Preferred: experience with SAP FI-CA • Preferred: exposure to SAP Device Management • Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Utilities experience • Preferred: experience in an AMS or Managed Services environment • Preferred: experience using Jira • Preferred: previous utilities industry experience
