📋 Description
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics (such as engagement, retention, conversion, and churn) • Analyze product and user data to uncover trends, user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement • Ensure data accuracy and integrity as well as work with the data team and product developers on solving data accuracy issues • Promote a data-driven work culture through example and by championing self-service • Work collaboratively with product team members, such as product managers, engineers, and designers • Find the right medium to convey important insights with the right context
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on working experience as a Product Data Analyst • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude) • A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field • Fluency in written and verbal English • Nice to have: Experience with AWS • Programming experience (Python) • Experience working in a B2B/SaaS/tech company setting • Experience with product-led strategies • Experience with dbt and data modelling is a pre.
