📋 Description

• Foster shared understanding of users’ needs and help shape the product direction while serving business goals • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver well-designed product functionalities • Own and drive improvements of user experience and business metrics • Conduct user research and usability tests through frequent user touchpoints • Analyze the impact of design initiatives on end users and communicate findings to the product team • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to inform product decisions • Educate the organization on UX best practices and maintain high design maturity standards • Improve the way the PVcase design team works

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a product designer • Experience designing complex enterprise products is a big plus • Strong track record of building high-quality products serving customer and business needs • Customer-centricity and outcome-oriented mindset • Ability to discuss strategy and product design with non-technical and technical audiences • Fluency in discovery research and usability testing producing actionable findings • Ability to base design decisions on research and testing evidence • Ability to tell stories and present design ideas clearly • Familiarity with UX best practices and design terminology • Strong proficiency with Figma, XD, or Sketch; PVcase uses Figma • Good understanding of Windows OS and its UI patterns • Familiarity with AutoCAD is a big plus • Ability or eagerness to learn a technical domain involving 3D modeling, physics, and electrical engineering • C1 or above English language skills, including excellent written and verbal communication • Must be based in Spain, Germany, or Lithuania • Visa sponsorship and other immigration-related employment benefits are not available
