📋 Description

• Manage and optimize managed services processes and tools to enhance client operations • Lead delivery teams executing project management and process optimization initiatives • Develop and implement automation frameworks to streamline business processes • Collaborate with clients to identify business transformation and process improvement opportunities • Interpret data and inform strategic recommendations • Oversee service delivery and performance management to meet client expectations • Engage stakeholders to facilitate continuous process improvement and innovation • Coordinate project planning and delivery to achieve timely outcomes • Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines • Mentor junior team members • Transition and run services while managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Experience with Agentic AI Workflows • Experience with LLM Orchestration • Proficiency in Python • Proficiency in FastAPI • Experience with AWS (Bedrock) • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes • Experience with Redis/ElastiCache • MCP tools, Langfuse, and evaluation harnesses are nice to have • AWS certifications and enterprise AI governance are nice to have • Ability to manage operational performance and risk management • Ability to engage stakeholders effectively in managed services • Experience navigating complex data analytics environments • Willingness to embrace change and digital transformation initiatives
