📋 Description
• Conducting financial analyses and valuations of a variety of financial instruments, including private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real estate; • Reviewing valuation reports and analysis prepared by clients and clients' advisors; • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, including internal specialists and global colleagues, to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Preparing independent analysis to assess the reasonableness of the key assumptions and valuation conclusions reached, and performing sensitivity and scenario analyses as necessary; • Preparing written deliverables, including valuation reports, memorandums and presentations for internal and external clients.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional services environment such as audit, consulting, or corporate finance, ideally with a focus on the valuation of illiquid investments. • An internationally recognized professional qualification in accounting/finance (ACA, CPA, CA, etc) is essential. • A valuation / finance focused qualification (CFA, ABV, CBV, etc), or progress towards obtaining one, would also be preferred.
