📋 Description

• Development of modern logistics software: You build features for our AI-native warehouse and fulfillment platform — from goods receipt through picking to shipping. You translate real operational processes directly into scalable software. • Full Stack Engineering with TypeScript & Go: You develop high-performance backend services in Go as well as modern frontends and integrations in TypeScript. You work across the entire stack and deliver features to production independently. • Understand and digitize processes: You collaborate closely with customers and operations teams, analyze existing warehouse and fulfillment workflows, and design pragmatic solutions for real operational challenges. • AI-native product development: You use modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or comparable systems to speed up development, validate prototypes, and implement product ideas directly. • Ownership instead of tickets: You don’t just complete tasks; you think in terms of problems, processes, and outcomes. From the initial idea to production rollout, you take responsibility. • Rapid iteration & continuous improvement: We work with short feedback loops, real user problems, and a high pace. Decisions are validated by usage and impact — not by endless meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Very strong knowledge of TypeScript and/or Go • Experience developing modern web applications and APIs • Understanding of scalable software architectures and clean code • Experience with logistics processes such as warehouse management, fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, or supply chain • Ability to analyze operational workflows and map them into software • Interest in AI-assisted software development and modern developer workflows • Self-directed working style and high standards for quality • Product-oriented thinking rather than pure ticket execution • Motivation to deliver pragmatic, fast, production-ready solutions • Good German or English skills, both spoken and written.
