📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead the customer journey for 6–12 weeks after each new customer is added until onsite coaching begins • Participate in onsite Success Plans and focus customers on priority activities • Ensure signals are connected and tested before onsite coaching • Support infrastructure and installation for Visual Factory • Guide customers and support configuration to map Redzone to their manufacturing sites • Identify and address risks with customer teams, the Coaching Director, and Platform Leadership • Oversee Redzone software deployment for multiple concurrent clients from sales handover through onsite coaching • Configure Redzone software to match client production processes, including product, equipment, and run-rate data • Ensure plant automation signals provide accurate, real-time shop-floor data • Coordinate contractor hardware and automation work while maintaining project schedules and cost plans • Conduct weekly status calls with active project teams across multiple clients • Lead project management activities toward successful software deployment and “Green Go Live” • Manage client relationships, satisfaction, requests, and critical events • Escalate critical-path items and risks that could cause delays or unsatisfactory outcomes • Maintain project templates, training decks, and client communication tools • Support onsite Continuous Improvement Coaches and customers with configuration, expansion, and automation requests • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of shop-floor environments, workflows, and processes in Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods industries • Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Experience with project management, ideally in software or systems deployments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing or supporting software projects of different sizes, complexities, and contractual types • Proven ability to overcome barriers and accomplish tasks • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and Apple hardware/operating systems • Ability to plan, organize, and function effectively in a dynamic environment • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks • Ability to develop and maintain strong client and internal relationships • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks across active projects to meet critical-path deadlines • Ability to work in a high-paced, high-growth environment • Technical comfort communicating networking, wireless, and software requirements • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience and familiarity is a plus, but not required • BA or BS in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management • 4+ years in a similar position providing direct coaching to business clients • Ability to travel 40% of the time
