📋 Description

• Monitoring markets and developing innovative credit card products • Maintaining existing product portfolios • Analyzing and preparing key metrics to manage the product portfolio • Close collaboration with Sales • Informing colleagues about product developments, regulatory requirements and trends in payments • Acting as a liaison between the market and technology teams • Preparing management presentations and reports • Participating in cross-departmental projects and, where applicable, leading (sub-)projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g., bank apprenticeship with an additional business qualification, training in digitalization management) • Initial professional experience in product or project management • Experience within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (savings banks group) is an advantage • Enthusiasm for the payments area, current trends and technical innovations around cashless payments • Strong technical and process-oriented understanding • Creativity, commitment and the ability to work independently • Enjoyment of working in a high-performing team • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting • Excellent skills in MS Office applications • Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2).
