📋 Description

• Operational management of the restaurant, including budget and personnel planning • Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing the business performance report (BWA) • Monitor and ensure all standards regarding personnel, inventory, and quality management • Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations • Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in our restaurants

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or substantial experience in gastronomy or hotel operations • Extensive knowledge in budget and personnel management • Service-oriented with strong organizational skills • A host with "Amore" • Passionate team player
