📋 Description

• Coordinate daily store operations • Develop and grow your team through training and coaching • Merchandising — implement presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective workforce planning • Monitor and analyze store performance • Drive active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training • Experience as a store manager in textile/apparel retail • Strong numerical aptitude and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
